Senior Associate – BBus, JD (Monash)Rebecca is a Senior Associate and part of the second generation of the Barbante family, guiding injured Victorians through every step of their WorkCover and TAC claims.
Rebecca acts for clients across WorkCover and TAC matters, from their first enquiry through to resolution. She is known for the care she brings to every file, keeping clients informed, explaining each step in plain terms, and making sure the person behind the claim is always looked after.
“Being injured is frightening, and the system is built to confuse you. My job is to make it make sense, carry the hard parts for you, and make sure you always know exactly where your claim stands.”
Her focus is on getting the detail right and taking the pressure off, so clients can concentrate on their recovery while she manages the claim. It is a steady, methodical approach that has earned her the trust of the people she acts for.
