A family firm founded in Shepparton, acting for injured people across the Goulburn Valley and surrounds.
Barbante Personal Injury Lawyers was founded by Carmelo Barbante in Shepparton in 1980, on one principle, that an injured person deserves quality representation no matter how powerful the other side.
From a single solicitor, the firm has grown into one of the region’s longstanding personal injury practices, having acted for thousands of injured workers and families across the Goulburn Valley over more than 45 years.
As the firm grew, so did the family. Constantine and Rebecca Barbante joined Carmelo, becoming the next generation to carry the firm forward, and keeping it the family practice it has always been.
Through all of it we have stayed in Shepparton, because this is our community. Much of our work still comes the way it always has, by word of mouth, the quiet trust of a region earned over a long time.
Carmelo and his team handled my claim excellently and treated me kindly. Ten years later, Carmelo has graciously taken the time to revisit an issue that was of great concern but has now been resolved. I can’t thank them enough.
