Constantine Barbante
Director – BBus, JD (Melb)Constantine is a Director of the firm and part of the second generation of the Barbante family to lead it, acting for injured Victorians.
Constantine grew up in Shepparton and works from the Wyndham Street office of a family firm that has stood with this community since 1980. He has spent his career acting for injured people across the Goulburn Valley.
An injury can take away someone’s income, their independence and their peace of mind, and it affects everyone around them. Constantine understands that clients often come to him during the hardest period of their lives.
“People come to us at a hard time in their lives, often unsure what their rights even are. My job is to explain it plainly, tell them honestly where they stand, and make sure they understand every option in front of them.”
Constantine practises exclusively in personal injury law, across WorkCover, TAC, public liability, medical negligence, and superannuation and TPD claims. Clients deal with him directly, and because the firm is family owned, no file is passed down the line. All matters are run on a no win, no fee basis.
